How can I place my renewal order?
Placing your renewal order can be done by following the steps below:
- Login to MyProSeries.
- Under Product Information, select Online Renewals.
- Review your renewal quote. If everything is correct click on Renew Quote.
- Enter the necessary payment information and then click Place Order.
- If the order is submitted successfully, the order confirmation page will be displayed with your order number.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address we have on file.

How can I update my email adress?
If your email address has changed or you cannot currently access your email, you can change your email address once you've logged in to MyProSeries. If you've forgotten your Password and cannot access your email, you can still use the Password Hint or Security Question & Answer features to login, then you can change your email address.
- Login to MyProSeries.
- Select Update Login Information located under the My ProSeries/Account Management Overview.
- You may now Update your User ID and Email Address.
- Enter your selected password, Password Hint, Security Question and Answer.
- Click on Select to apply the new information.

How is the data conversion process?
The data conversion process updates your existing data files to your current ProSeries tax preparation software. These converted files are then used to generate tax organizers and to transfer critical client data to next year's tax program.
Because the converted files are only designed to generate an organizer and transfer data to next year's tax software, the files do not produce a complete current year tax return for filing purposes. Click here for more details. -
How do I create or change a Master password or Electronic Filing password?
To create or change a Master password or Electronic Filing password follow the steps above:
- Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
- On the left, select Passwords.
- Enter or change your Master password in the Master Password area.
- Enter or change your Electronic Filing password in the Electronic Filing Transmission Password area.
Note: In order to change a password, you will need to enter the existing password to demonstrate that you are authorized to make these changes. - Click OK.

What do I do if I cannot remember my login name for My ProSeries?
Normally, your login name will be set up as your email address. If you are unable to log in using your email address as the User ID:
- Click Forgot Your User ID?
- Enter the email address you used to register with ProSeries.com and click OK. You will receive an email with a list of Intuit User IDs associated with this email address.
- If this does not remind you of the User ID or you are still unable to log in using your email address, please call us at (800) 374-7317 and a customer service agent will help you recover your login name.
